Refund policy

Returns
Harper Nichole & Co has a 30-day return policy. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags.

Harper Nichole & Co reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and do not meet the criteria stated above.

Refunds / Exchanges
Harper Nichole & Co will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and/or exchange. We will work with the purchaser to give store credit, replacement of the item, or refund the original payment.

Damages and issues
Harper Nichole & Co is not liable if a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to correspond with the shipping carrier. 

Final sale / non-returnable items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Accessories and sale items are considered “Final Sale”. 

Order Cancellation / Changes 
The purchaser can change/cancel an order until the order has shipped. Once the purchaser’s item(s) have shipped, they can submit a return request at harpernicholeco@gmail.com (subject title: Return).
